Metallic structures
Metallic structures offer versatility in design and production which allows us to adapt to the technical and aesthetic needs of each client.
At Añuri Oicón we manufacture two of our own systems; V2B and Portifort but we also manufacture any required system according to the project to be carried out.
V2B
V2B is a structural system specially designed, patented and manufactured by Añuri Oicon Group to cover industrial warehouses, pavilions, sports centers, large areas, etc.
Their advantages are unique: they transport you to bright, comfortable, practical and economical spaces. Thanks to the north orientation of the skylights on the roof, maximum use of natural light is achieved while minimizing energy consumption.
We adapt to the structure project you have chosen. We have the experience and capacity to manufacture all types of structures, whatever their design, no matter how complex it may be.
CHARACTERISTICS
Bench Beam
Its geometry gives the characteristic shape to the V2B. Running through the entire roof of the building, air provides a continuous line of guide beams which together create the necessary support.
Bearing beam
This is a lattice beam that transmits the load from the roof to the support elements. The bracket on which the bench beam rests is distributed on the supporting beam, fixed with high strength screws.
Blind deck skirt
Designed to have the necessary slope for the placement of photovoltaic panels without an additional structure.
Gutter
With a 5% slope, it collects the water from the roof and directs it to the downspout. It has an evacuation capacity to overcome the most unfavorable conditions.
Straps
Galvanized sheet metal profiles with a “Z” section that form a framework fixed by axles and calibrated screws. The cover is fixed to this framework.
Air chamber
Thermal insulation
The 80 mm fibreglass blanket is placed under the cover, over the straps and the support net, which prevents condensation inside the building.
Skylight
These are placed on the roof on the most inclined plane of the bench beam. This optimizes lighting by avoiding the direct entry of solar rays.
False ceiling
0.3 mm aluminum stapled to a suspended wooden slat framework. This system avoids gridded guides on the ceiling and eliminates corrosion of the iron-aluminum. It guarantees the quality of its finish over time.
ADVANTAGES
Energy savings of up to 30%
According to a comparative study of lighting and energy efficiency of the LIDER program, carried out for 2 warehouses of 800 m2 with V2B roof and traditional roof, with the former an energy saving – thermal and lighting – of up to 30%.
Natural lighting
Thanks to the north orientation of the skylights on the roof, maximum use of natural light is achieved. Its reflection in the false ceiling, strategically placed, generates bright, pleasant and homogeneous environments – difficult to match – minimizing the subsequent financial expenditure on lighting.
V2B, a sustainable structure
Allows the placement of photovoltaic panels. The blind skirts of the V2B roof – free, without skylights – are oriented towards the south with the optimal inclination for maximum use of sunlight without the need to install any additional structure. The panels are fixed with the same screws used for the installation of the cover, simplifying the system.
Thermal insulation
The insulation capacity is multiplied due to the air chamber created by the aluminum false ceiling and the fiberglass blanket, which causes great thermal and economic savings.
Aesthetics and minimal maintenance
The false ceiling hides the structure and the electricity, air conditioning, etc. installations, providing simplicity and aesthetic beauty. Prevents the accumulation of waste, and minimizes maintenance and cleaning tasks.
Safety and speed of assembly
The roof structure is assembled at ground level and later mounted on the pillars. We avoid unnecessary risks and facilitate the work of construction management.
Versatility
It allows us to offer satisfactory solutions in the majority of the cases raised. Thus, making extensions, covering irregular floors, materializing large flights, etc. They do not represent any obstacle.
Great lights
Spans of up to 100 m can be achieved. that allow solving the problems posed by the presence of pillars inside the pavilions, at a competitive cost. However, it should be noted that in the V2B system, the separation between these interior pillars, coinciding with the general modulation, normally ranges between 9 and 12 m, and therefore, its impact on the floor plan distributions (lay-out) is minor.
Portifort
It uses a light, solid and quality system that offers very competitive construction solutions. “Custom-made” profiles are designed, the pre-assembly of which is carried out in our factory to guarantee the speed, effectiveness and simplicity of the final assembly. Structural optimization provides an appearance of lightness to the entire building.
Among its advantages, its thermoregulatory insulation action stands out, which reduces the amount of air to be heated and the luminosity.

CHARACTERISTICS
Straps
Galvanized sheet metal profiles with “C or Z” section that form a framework on which the cover is assembled. It is fixed to the rest of the structure using calibrated bolts and screws.
Portico
Set of profiles – pillars and roof beams – that make up the structure and support. The assembly – assembly and welding – of the sheets that make up the wings and core of each profile is carried out in the Añuri Oincón SAW simultaneously, avoiding the welding stresses common in traditional pre-assembly systems.
Gable
Column and beam framework that makes up the front structure of the building. The roof beam is supported on the pillars that absorb the action of the wind – embedded in its base and articulated at the head – to reduce 2 porticos.
Bracing
Structural element that is distributed over the roof and façade to transmit, to the foundation, the horizontal component of the building’s loads (including the tying profiles that are distributed at the head of columns).
Skylight
It occupies 10-15% of the roof and is placed in longitudinal strips (parallel to the ridge) for fiber cement roofs, or transverse strips (perpendicular to the ridge) for the rest, applying the majority of existing materials.
Gutter
It collects the water from the roof and directs it to the downspout with a slope of 5%. It has an evacuation capacity that overcomes the most unfavorable conditions.
Thermal insulator
80 mm fiberglass blanket placed under the roof, over the support network and straps, which prevents condensation inside the building. Panel covers have insulation built in.
False ceiling
0.3 mm aluminum plate alternating with translucent plates in the skylight area and stapled to a framework of wooden slats fixed to the roof purlins. It prevents gridded guides on the ceiling and eliminates corrosion due to humidity caused by iron-aluminum.

Skylights
Thanks to the north orientation of the skylights on the roof, maximum use of natural light is achieved, generating bright, pleasant and homogeneous environments, minimizing electrical expenditure. The different roof solutions have, in turn, different solutions with which to solve natural lighting needs.
Furthermore, the appearance of new materials allows us to offer different alternatives for the same solution. In general, and when possible, the materialization of the skylights is resolved with plates with the same profile as that of the material used for the rest of the roof.
