Over the years Añuri Oicón has become an important company in the market, in the study of the manufacture and assembly of metal structures for industrial warehouses.
Our team is made up of highly qualified professionals, a mix of veterans with in-depth knowledge of the industry and young talents trained in the latest technologies and methodologies. This diversity of knowledge and experience allows us to be constantly evolving, investing in R&D, modernizing our facilities and machinery; Likewise, we perfect our processes to offer the best construction solutions.
Manufacturing
Technology is present throughout all our manufacturing processes. Thanks to our fleet of high-performance machines in our 25,000 m2 factory and our human resources, we are capable of transforming more than 10,000 tons of steel per year.
Our commercial service is always at your service, in close contact with a large design office (7 engineers and 10 designers) capable of quickly responding to your needs, rigorously respecting Spanish or European standards and regulations.
Quality and trust
Añuri Oicón fwas the first metal construction company to obtain the ISO 9001: 2000-Lloyds Register Quality Assurance qualification, for the study, development, manufacturing and management of metal construction assemblies.
External controls
In addition, Añuri Oicón has had an agreement since 1978 with a certified control laboratory to carry out several monthly inspections of welding, process and qualification of operators in accordance with the standards UNE EN 287-1 and UNE EN ISO 15607, UNE EN ISO 15609 and JOINS EN ISO 15614.
CE marking
In accordance with the requirements of the European Construction Regulation No. 305/2011, and in accordance with the specifications of the EN 1090-2 standard, Añuri Oicón benefits from the CE marking for all its manufacturing of metal structures.
Civil liability
Añuri Oicón has a ten-year insurance and civil liability insurance for all the jobs that we carry out. These insurance policies taken out with two recognized companies, guarantee a substantial coverage per incident and per site, for 10 years from the date of site acceptance.
Environment
Respect for the environment is a priority objective integrated into the entrepreneurial spirit of Añuri Oicón.
Añuri Oicón
has developed its recycling process to minimize excess materials, therefore reducing the generation of industrial waste.
Añuri Oicón has adopted a water-based paint system, without solvents, thus reducing the impact about the environment.
Furthermore, steel is a100% recyclable material and one that does not generate any
residue.

All safety procedures are documented. All company decisions and actions strictly follow these instructions with a single objective: the safety of everyone.
Legal requirements
All these procedures are integrated into all the company’s manufacturing phases, thus complying with all legal requirements in this area.
Evaluation
These procedures include the continuous evaluation of the risks inherent to the activity, monitoring the effectiveness of the preventive measures to be implemented, as well as the training and information of all those who participate.
Security plan
To this end, periodic visits and controls are carried out at the construction works to guarantee compliance with the measures established in the Safety and Contingency Plan.
Technology
R&D
Innovation as an added value and differentiating element is one of the bases of Añuri Oicón’s entrepreneurial spirit. This is the main objective of the Research and Development Department, but all departments of the company apply this concept.
TOOLS/CALCULATION
Our engineers and designers use essential software on the market such as Autocad, Tekla, etc. on a daily basis. Since its creation, Añuri Oicón has perfectly mastered the calculation method according to EUROCODES, which allows us to study all types of structures (industry, commerce, etc.) and for several countries.
